friendly staff; servicing of room functions needed
The water pressure was a trickle in the sink. This was true in both rooms. (I was in one room and then immediately moved to a room next door.) Both rooms were on the second floor. The rep then indicated that they'd process a refund. I don't see one. In fact, the 2nd day I stayed the rate was higher.
The toilet did not function in the room in which I stayed. I reported this to a staff member and mentioned the sink again. He stated the they'd look into that. I don't think that it was serviced, as the toilet did not function during the stay until I left.
The phone did not function. The front desk called me a few times, and the phone rang. When I answered, there was no sound. I attempt to call back, and there was no dial tone or sound. I reported this to a staff member who stated that they'd look into it. I don't think that the phone was serviced, as the phone did not function during my stay.
The non-functioning phone is a safety issue.

The room was fair not anything special. If you just want a quick overnight night. The bed is not comfortable.

Hotel was decent, very close to Fort Knox which was a must for our trip. Tv control didn’t work at first but was quickly replaced. Woke up the last morning bitten by either a spider or bed bugs, honestly not too sure which one. Over all, had it not been for the insect bite I would have rated it one star higher.

The room only had a hand towel and a couple rags. We had to go to the desk to request bath towels for our stay. The staff was friendly and gave us some towels. Location was conveniently close to Walmart and dining options.

Memorial Weekend Trip
Room was clean and quite. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Bed was not comfortable for my tastes, might be OK for others. Staff was friendly. Issue with key cards, they are not coded long enough for your stay so on day you will be leaving had to have them coded again so I could get back in the room to finish getting luggage.
