Staff on all shifts were very friendly. Room was very clean. Only problem was water/pop machine was empty and there was nowhere close to go get one. Bar/restaurant was being renovated at time of stay so can’t give opinion on it.

It’s really not that bad! The exterior is scary, I was thinking about making a different reservation as soon as I got to the parking lot but convinced myself to at least check the room. It was like stepping into a different world, albeit a 3 star world.

The location is pretty remote and the property is undergoing renovation so there’s no elevator and we could only get the second floor, in spite of booking well in advance. We had no idea of the renovation until we arrived. My husband was unhappy with the difficulty of using the TV, so crazy. He asked for help from the front desk and they refused, because they were only one and said they couldn’t leave the front desk.The room itself was great very clean and like new. Overall, not terrible for the price.

The check in process was easy, finding parking and the room was also easy. The room itself had some things lacking. There were two drawers for storage, which is not enough for three people. There was no closet to store clothes to hang. The shower didn’t have any shelf for shower items. The hallway smelled of paint, and the paint job on the doors did not look right. The carpet in the hallway looked really nice and it matched a painting in the room. The TV worked and the beds were comfortable. There was a lack of lighting in the room though.
