Checkin was terrible. Arrived at 2:30, 30 minutes prior to check in time. Room not ready. Desk clerk could not give me a time. At 3, she said again it wasn’t ready. I asked when, she didn’t know, housekeeping was not her department. I asked if she could check, she said after she checked in the 7 people behind me. Another desk person arrived and took care of it immediately. I suspect my room was an upgrade. Just a little kindness would have gone a long way

浴缸和瓷砖之间的填缝剂/密封条周围有一些污垢/霉菌,我知道很难清除。除此之外,一切都很干净,而且我喜欢浴缸/淋浴间安装的扶手。这对大家来说真的很重要!
我在网上预订的。入住后,他们给我们安排的房间很脏,床也没铺。他们把我们换到了第二个房间,但那个房间也没有打扫。最后他们又帮我们换了三次才换到干净的房间。我们搬了三次东西,没有得到任何折扣,真是太不方便了。
