Didn’t have water for the majority of the day. Had construction going on down the hall and across the hall, very noisy early in the mornings and all day. Will never stay there again!

We had a three night stay and they put us in the closest room to the renovation that they were doing. They were doing construction from 7ish am til 6 ish pm every day. The house keeper would knock but by time I’d get to the door she was gone and nowhere to be found. Room wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t terrible.

Canceled my friends reservations that he made 7 months ago 2 days before he arrived. Food was left in refrigerator. Black mold in bathroom. Hallways dirty. Breakfast ****** each day, luckily there was an ihop close by

The toilet was clogged upon my arrival. There was a plunger in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they would not change my room. The maid the next day tried to fix and said it was a plumbing issue and they should move me. I talked to the front desk again, they wouldn’t move me or remedy the problem.i had to use the toilet in the lobby all weekend. They said the manager was on vacation and would contact me when they returned to remedy the problem. They never contacted me and I left all info and explained in a note left for them. Horrible service and I wish that for nobody when staying somewhere.

Good Not Good
My tri was good, my stay was questionable...
First , I have an issue with the facility trying to charge my card a day early. The site says that I pay at arrival, I get an alert from my credit card , a declined because my card was locked and then i get a call from the hotel approximately 9:47 p.m. on August 15, 2025 that I have checked in , I said ma'am I do not check in until tomorrow at 3 pm. She said no you are scheduled for today, I said no tomorrow.
Comfort was good.
They only gave 2 sets of towels for a family of four
when requested more they stated they were out.
Had to go purchase my own towels to shower
Cooul not enjoy complimentary breakfast because waffle maker was broken, food was cold.
Ice machine broken, my family that was on first level had to come to third level.

TV didnt work, room smelled moldy, no one was at the counter to check in, had to wait 20mins. They didnt even give me a receipt for check out.

Bathroom sink needed to be plunged, told maid and nothing was done. The towels were not replaced no garbage was emptied. The toilet was wobbling badly every time we sat on it, if you looked behind it you could see there was some leakage. The bathroom door lock was broken. +

I think the reviews we saw online we deceiving, and not accurate. When we entered our room we immediately noticed it was stuffy and smelled musty. The sheets had a big stain. When I called the lobby, they clearly had no cleaning staff, as I was asked to come down to grab new sheets. The was room had not been cleaned, The bathroom had extensive moisture and mold growth. I understand you get what you pay for, at least be honest about your place of business.
