Parking was great. The AC was very cold. The room was clean and neat. The shower door does need some repair. I enjoyed my stay, definitely will be back.

The staff was so helpful checking in was very easy and quick. We were able to check in early with no problem. The room was very clean and smelt clean and fresh. The breakfast was also very good. Would stay here again!

We spent one night here for a concert. The room and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I was impressed for it to be a chain hotel. Great for business or spending a night or two in Huntsville.

The hotel and room were beautiful and well kept. Our main complaint was the shower head had VERY little pressure, making it hard to clean and rinse oneself.

We’ve traveled here 3 times in the last 3 years and the same friendly gentleman has checked us in each time. When traveling out of town it nice to see someone familiar and nice. Also not forgetting that the rooms are always clean and the facility is quiet.

The staff went above and beyond from the moment I checked in. We were there for my mom’s 90th birthday to do some antique shopping and thrifting. Everyone was so sweet and kind to us. They told us about nice places to shop. The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and spotless. I’ve stayed at many hotels in my travels and it’s in the top three hotels for the facility but the staff is number one! I wish I could give them higher than a 5 ⭐️!

I was charged $50 more than what was quoted by *******. I had no add ons for staying there. I feel like they ripped me off since ******* ******* quoted $154 per night but I was billed $204 by the hotel.
