Friendly staff. Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was good. Breakfast had sausage, bagels, toast, eggs, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, waffles, apples, coffee, juices. Great location. Room was clean. Would have given 5 stars if the beds did not feel worn out.

I picked this hotel because it was right next door to the Moonshine Harley Davidson dealer. But I will say that is the only reason to stay here. The room was great but the person at the front desk was not friendly when we checked in. I ask for a room facing the front lot and as a choice gold member did not get it. I did not notice any place to eat with walking distance.

Super affordable and great room! Walked into a living room with large seating area, refrigerator, TV and desk. Down hallway to bathroom on the right, closet on the left. At the end was bedroom with another TV and closet! Only one small thing I would have changed - they had those small square bed pillows. Mark at front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and included. We stay at this place often - it’s the best!!

Very clean room. Nice hotel and pool is heated and open later than normal ones. Breakfast was good . We stayed overnight passing thru and we're pleased with our stay. Definitely would stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it was very nice, clean, and safe. The hotel is well kept up. It is very convenient to all the restaurants and stores in the Cool Springs Galleria. We did not try the complimentary breakfast this time.

Very Clean, hot breakfast. Staff was ok. Stayed here for a few days for spring break and would stay here again. My biggest complaint about this hotel is that we were in a king suite that sleeps three people and were only left two bath towels and wash clothes, no body wash or shampoo of any kind. Also, found it unacceptable that the housekeeper moved items from our bed when she was in to clean.

We were delighted with the room. It was clean, comfortable and HUGE. They could have fit another bed in there! Very roomy. Bed and sheets were comfortable. I also liked that we could operate the temperature to accommodate. The staff was extremely nice.

This hotel was impressive in its cleanliness and friendly staff. I would 100% come back here for a stay! Good breakfast selection with fresh waffles you make yourself. Parking lot, secure and safe. Close to many restaurants and businesses.

No frills, but no complaints. This hotel is situated right next door to a large shopping mall with numerous dining and shopping opportunities. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ready promptly at 6 (very good coffee, I might add). Very pleased with the value. If you're looking for a safe, comfortable, convenient place to stay in the Nashville area that won't break the bank, this is it.

Very nice stop after 12+ hours on the road. We got a king suite on the 1st floor at a good rate. The room was clean and spacious and just steps from ice, breakfast, fitness & business centers. Yes, I did hear the Harley noise from the nearby shop but by the time we returned from dinner everything was quiet and remained so for the rest of the night. The pool was warm with big pool towels. Bathroom clean with nice towels. Suite area was comfortable with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was decent with lots of standard choices. One suggestion here would be some sausage gravy for those biscuits! I think the negative reviews of this place are from some high needs people. We thought everything was great and would definitely do a return trip here.
