Clean room. Amenities weren't great. I asked for late checkout and it was really hard to get a straight answer from the staff there but otherwise a good stay.

Breakfast wasn't that great but is was just okay.

Customer service, both desk clerks were never up in the front. They were always in the back and you had to almost scream to let them know you needed something, when they did come out you could tell they were sleeping back there.

All motels should but 4 towels in a room with two people booked in the room. I have been staying at the motel several times. It could us a little update. It is clean, just needs to be updated a little.

The bed was way too firm for us and woke up sore. Otherwise all was as expected. Facility was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Not sure I would stay again bast on the uncomfortable bed.

One of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in . Only heard the doors (barely) of nearby rooms . Clean . Brkt was good . Afternoon guy at desk super friendly and helpful . However, NOBODY even looked at me or spoke to me in the morning and I saw 3 staff members .

Right next to the mall. The breakfast during the week was fruit, yogurt and bagels. No hot food. Will not clean your room unless you ask. The tv cannot connect to streaming, has limited channels and no guide. You also have to log in to WiFi daily. The first night I arrived the front door was locked and no one at front desk. I had to wait outside until employee returned to open door. No number or anything to call to open. It was before 8 pm.
