I had requested a first floor room because Im handicap. The reservation was accepted. Curtains were broke & couldnt close. They were wide open no privacy! did not feel safe. I had to pay $50 more dollars to be moved to another room. This want our fault. Baymount should have moved us at no cost. This is discrimination on handicap people! Am contacting better business bureau and ACLU & EEO & requesting an investation .

The room was clean and orderly, but the sheet kept coming off the bed, it was stretched out and didn't fit tight.
Everything was clean and neat, but just really old and dark.

Just a little inconvenient to have to shlep luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Didnt see on the description that you enter your room from outside and theres no elevator...otherwise acceptable place to stay and sleep for a night during travel.
