Convenient location. Check in was fast. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was fine. Could have used a few more hot options. Overall stay was excellent. I would recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, well lit and comfortable. However our room was close to the breakfast area so we could hear anything that was going on there. People gathered there and talked at night (until 10pm) and earlier in the morning than we like to get up.

Very clean and attractive. Staff was efficient and polite at check in. Room amenities in great working order. We did not participate in the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Overall a nice stay.

I was charged a $50 incidental fee but never credited back. There wasn’t any damage done to the room.

Clean, fine hotel. Nothing in Madison, so had to go out to Verona. Area around the hotel not all that interesting, but clean and quiet.

Ideal location and lots of area choices including grocery store. TV was very large also which is rare and great choices of channels.

Staff was very responsive and friendly. The room upgrade was a great surprise. Everything was nice and clean. Very economical.

Room was super clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of linens too. Good selection of breakfast food. Staff are amazing. Will definitely book this hotel again when visiting Verona/Madison.
