It was ok… however they shut our room keys off at 6am and we got locked out of the building after taking our pet outside…very inconvenient

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable but the room itself had a very musty smell. We bought frebreeze to help with the smell. We never complained to the front desk staff because honestly all the rooms probably smelled musty. Also breakfast is only out until 9 not 10 like most places

This was a pretty good property. The only thing I would change is the breakfast. It’s free but minimal. However it is safe and clean and I’d stay there again.

HARD PASS
The stay at La Quinta started off bad and didn't relent. The man who helped me check-in was super weird and awkward. I had a passport on me but my DL was buried somewhere in my luggage and he acted like he couldn't check me in because it didn't prove to him my address. After some arguing in the vein of "a passport is harder to get than a DL, and isn't a hotel prepared to have, I don't know, freaking travellers?" I ended up writing my address on paper. After that weirdness, I went to room and my sheets were stained. Also, the place just looks run down. No hot water in shower. Walls are thin and rooms are "loud". Light from the pool shined in window all night, even with curtains drawn, and bed was like a brick =poor sleep. Oh and the TV speakers were busted. The front drive was littered with cigarette butts. I am probably forgetting more but, HARD PASS

We will never stay at a La Quinta again. When we checked in, our room had poop smeared on the outside of the toilet and had to be re cleaned. The pool was green and was not being cleaned or brushed. Then the hot water heater went out and we weren’t able to shower. They refused to give us our money back when we asked them to cancel the reservation. We had only been there a few hours but they refused. The elevator smelled so bad with body odor that we had to hold our breath every time we got on the elevator. It was awful.

The hotel offered online check in to save time when checking in at the lobby. I completed the online check in, but had to provide the same information and forms again when I checked in at the hotel. The online check in seemed pointless.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room design was poor. The curtains did not close all the way, allowing a street light to shine directly in the room, hitting a mirror, which reflected the light directly at the pillow area of the bed.
A bathmat towel and washcloth were on the side of the tub. When I moved these towels, a cockroach ran out.

The room we stayed in for 2 nights had a strong mildew scent. Hotel moved us to a different room and that room also smelled like mildew. I tried disputing a refund through ******* and the Hotel Manager would not approve it. I won't be staying here again.
整体还是不错的,一个比较安静的区域,前台工作人员也比较好,也不用压金,还是很不错的,作为一个住宿的酒店
