The only good thing was the front desk lady Darcy. She was working as of she was 12 people. She deserves a raise for sure. We had nothing but bad luck woth our reservation. Tried 3 different rooms and they were all still dirty upon almost 4 pm. They need more housekeepers for sure. Room we finally got into was clean and smelled good. Shower dripped all night and the faucet was broke to the sonl so made washing hands hard. Pool was good and warm. Breakfast needs improvement 100% based on this experience I would not stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And comfortably cool. The staff was helpful for helping us find a great dinner place! And the warm breakfast of sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy was delicious!

During our 5 night stay, one day the elevator was out of order, the juice machine was out of order, the coffee machine at breakfast was out of order 2 days, the vending machine was out of order; the fire alarm went off twice, once at 2am and once at 8:30 am. The hotel was in serious need of updating. Our room didn’t have a door on the closet, shower had an 2” shower head and only 1 of 2 TVs were connected to cable.
