My sheets were dirty , made them change bedding, very little toilet paper, no wash clothes, pool was freezing cold and hot tub broke.

Windows were so dirty you could hardly see..outside was unkept..bedding had sports on them !never again.yuck!!@

Excellent balue
The night manager (owner?) was very friendly and helpful when there were problems with our first room. My only complaint is that there were no washcloths in either room.

For the price it was an okay place to spend the night, however the beds are horrible the 2 of us bairly slept all night because our backs were so sore laying in the bed. I actually got up at 2 in the morning and slept on the floor. Couldnt get any ice because the ice machine dont work it was hard to find because there isnt even a name on the building. Its fine if you are tired and need a place to stay overnight, but I would find a differnt place if you have a family and need the more service. Only real complaint with 2 grown men is the beds YUCK!

Mike was an amazing individual to work with, Reginald was very unprofessional and nit sympathetic at all and really didn't communicate very well with the guest. I had booked my stay but was paying when I arrived that was told of him upon arrival and still didn't know the what when where or whys to handle the businesses of my stay. I don't like that they clear your key cards while your out visiting cause who wants to keep going to the front desk to have their key card activated over and over specially if you have a wonderful night out on the town

床很舒服，但床单和浴室地板上都有毛发。房间其他方面都还不错。早餐不及时补充，所以早上8点就只剩下残羹冷炙了。咖啡很好喝。游泳池明明写着开放，但却不开，说是因为有氯，这我真不明白。没有客房服务，垃圾也一直放在那里。他们好像从来不检查房间。我的建议是加强管理，因为酒店位置很好，周围什么都有。希望能有所改进，谢谢。
这里的工作人员很棒，总的来说是个不错的住宿地点，早餐也还行。
