Parking was plentiful and safe. Room was close to parking area for moving luggage. Bathtub/shower unit was grossly dirty and grimy- looks like someone washed their boots in it. The cleaning staff did not catch that? I went to front desk with a photo and the kind clerk immediately changed my room. They gave me an upstairs room instead but that room had no towels. I came back and the kind clerk at the front desk provided me with clean towels. After all the drama, I finally got some sleep / bed was comfortable. Plenty of dining options nearby and also fuel stops. I would stay here again if I’m in the area.

Room had a very strong smell of not an appealing room freshener. Bed was comfortable. Little hot water in bathroom sink, although the shower was ok. Breakfast options were very limited and didnt seem fresh. No elevator (which I didnt notice on the website)

Property didn’t have an elevator! Coffee at buffet didn’t work. Not enough towels, Kleenex, and coffee in room. Had to run up and down stairs . Hard for seniors and no rooms available to change ! Desk receptionists were very kind and room was comfortable.

Our stay was generally good, but a few things stood out.
There was an unusual odor in the bathroom of our room that seriously affected my wife's asthma. It turned out to be the chemicals used to clean the bathroom. We were told by management that if the chemicals aren't used properly, they leave that odor.
To their credit, we were able to move to another room. However, the tub in the room was dirty and the tub faucet was leaking.
The outside access door to the pool area was propped open at 10 p.m., a definite safety issue.

Room was clean but bedding worn out. Tub kept dripping. Room smelled of cigarettes. Paper thin walls. Only protein at breakfast was microwaved Jimmy Dean sandwiches and Jif peanut butter. Location is nice but next time I’ll try a different hotel in the same area.
