Check in was great. Got our keys and went to bed. After everyone was laid down and the kids were asleep, our door opens. Our room had been GIVEN AWAY while we were already in bed. Luckily the top door latch was latched or that person would have been able to get into our room completely. Not only did we have someone try to get into the room, other the person realized the room was occupied and went back up to front desk to get another room. My husband tried our room keys and figured out that they had been disabled and would not unlock our room. Went to turn in our keys this morning and told front desk. The clerk said he would let the manager know and they would look back at the tapes. Will be calling with a follow up to see what is going to happen to justify the mess up and feeling unsafe.

Jackie the woman who checks guests in, in the afternoon, and evening hours is a great people person and is a great communicator and conversationalist! She’s attentive and knows her job and customers. I like that about her and this place. Remember folks treat others as you would want yourself to be treated. All of the staff here work hard like all of us travelers. Be kind and thankful!

This is not a place to stay w a family. People hanging outside. The continental breakfast the coffee was cold and the orange juice was hot. The hallway had a horrible smell. We slept w our chair up against our door. I do bot recommend this place at all.

the breakfast was fantastic, the apples were so crisp, the coffee was fresh as well as the muffins
