The staff and room and all amenities have been great. I have enjoyed the breakfast, used the laundry area, and the room has been great for me to do my business work and webinars.

The 2 front desk people were awesome. The kitchen staff was friendly & helpful. Room's were clean, but on the small side. Not enough space for 4 people & suitcases. Almost enough space for 3 people.

Beyond impressed by every aspect of this hotel. Staff was awesome, pool was warm and wonderful, sonic right next door is definitely a plus! Will absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area!

Absolutely wonderful
Wow! Just wow! I travel A LOT and I was beyond impressed by this hotel! The staff were amazing, the location was perfect, the pool was wonderful and warm and the breakfast was very yummy! If you are looking for a place for while you’re visiting Ft. Jackson or are in this area for any reason at all you should definitely stay here!

Room was clean . Bathtub stopper broken, had to stuff washcloth in drain to hold water.
There was an awful oder outside our door.

Convenient stay
Staff was very polite and helpful. The shower head was excellent, lol. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but doable for a 1-2 night stay. Breakfast was done very well as well.

overall, the hotel was really nice and the staff was even nicer but when I got into my room, I found a dirty washcloth with curly hair on it hanging in the shower and I was woke up at 6 AM by a car alarm continuously going off. I understand the hotel does not have control over that, but the washcloth was an honest but nasty mistake. Overall i would stay here again if i was in the area. Thank you
