Dirty!!! Had problems with the door . Found hair in bathroom. Fecal matter on toilet seat. Mattress sunken in. Front was trashy from others partying into wee house in the a. M. Loud music and loud talking. Cigarette butts, beer cans, in front , along with other trash. Altogether a bad experience.

This is one of the most disgusting hotels. I've ever stayed in the walls were completely filthy. The lighting fixtures were broken. The TV didn't work. There was no refrigerator no microwave. The floors were sticky, where they have not been mopped. The bathroom had hairs all over it on the toilet in the shower. I mean, I wanted to refund and couldn't get one. I don't recommend anybody staying in this hotel. Especially for the price they charge

I needed a place to stay. Everything else was booked. This property makes me appreciate why i pay so much to stay at other places. There was no place else to stay. So I walked in, ponied up, spent the night. I came out the next day smelling like cigarettes. Got a wal-mart bag and put my clothes in and when i got home. Washed them twice.

Terrible hotel. Find somewhere else.
Outside of hotel looks terrible. Room smelled awful. And The smell was so bad that I could not actually stay at the hotel even though I tried to tough it out and the hotel would not refund my money.

We tried to check in 2 hours after we were able to and they said the room wouldn’t be ready for another hour. The condition of the motel wasn’t good so we decided to not stay.
微波炉在楼下，而且只有一个。浴缸也很脏，Wi-Fi 信号太差了。
没有冰箱。没有微波炉。没有灯。
房间里没有垃圾桶。
奇怪的淋浴，水压很差。
没有任何早餐。
咖啡很糟糕。
电视频道选择很差。
WIFI是免费的，但不稳定，每天都会断线。
我进来的时候没有电视遥控器，花了一个小时才拿到，我不得不回去拿，因为他们显然已经不再找了。
我去过肯塔基州很多次，我见过的更糟糕的事情就是蟑螂出没……但那里有冰箱、灯、微波炉、垃圾桶等等。
我永远不会再来这个地方了。
我以后一定要再来欧文斯伯勒。

我晚上 6 点半左右到达，发现我已经入住了一个房间，好吧，两个房间都是！太糟糕了！！！前台服务员说她不知道为什么，并声称她只有这些，但我在整个停车场里只看到几辆车！我觉得很不安全和肮脏！我很生气，但考虑到我的家人正在旅行，我尽量充分利用这一晚的住宿。
如果你在柜台付款，他们会给你一个肮脏的房间，如果你通过********预订，他们会给你一个干净的房间。
