Very old hotel. Old bed, smelled bad. Remodeled weird. Lady working at the desk at night was super nice.

The breakfast was old food, Reheated several times. Had to throw it out. Yogurt was watery and old.

Sixth time staying here, close to UWSP. Usually no problems. Used kiosk for check in, machine not working half way through and had to finish at front desk. Very poor communication and customer service. First time in first floor room. Not as nice as second floor. By early morning finally had to sleep with pillow over head because heat/ac unit so noisy, definitely needs a tune up. May need to dig a little deeper in my wallet for nicer hotel next time. Sad because of the convenience of location.

Check in is virtual through a computer at front desk, which is cool but also concerning. Woods out back are cool - littered but nice for our pet. Due to the cheap accommodations and Days inn next door, I didn’t feel as safe as I normally do with my 2 kids. (Some instances thHappy to be in and out there. No true complaints but next time I’ll spend $30 more and stay somewhere else.

Check in is weird, there’s a guy on a kiosk…he’s friendly and helpful but it’s just weird. There was a gentleman there who needed to help us with the heater in our room, he was very nice! The hotel, overall, is dated and smells a bit like a dirty ashtray. The room was clean upon first glance, but not when you really look at the details, like in the corners and it just had a general feeling of being dirty and it’s pretty beat up. I used my one key rewards for this booking, so essentially, it was free, but if it had been paid with my own money, I would have left and found a different hotel. It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was run down and the bathroom had dirt in all the corners. It just didn’t feel clean.
