There was a LOT of very dark, curly hair on the floor when I checked into my room. My initial request for a vacuum was either ignored or forgotten. Sheets were (seemingly) clean, and otherwise the room was okay for the price.
Would not recommend and would not stay here again due to the amount of hair on the floor.

Even though the place was a no smoking place our room smelled like smoke and mildew. We had a king size room that was nothing more than two queen size beds with one removed. And a king bed replaced. No couch, no chair, chairs and table. Nothing. No sense in wasting your money on a king size bed grade. There were no vending machines And only two way gets to the second floor, and those were at the very end of the hallways so if you’re looking to get up and down the stairs, you have to enter the second floor at the ends of the hotel. The continental breakfast area was nothing more than one large table and a sign saying do not bring food to your room. Highly recommend finding somewhere different to stay.

Carpet in room was stained up. Bathroom area was fine. Juice machine still broken so no juice to drink at breakfast. Breakfast was a bagel toast or a waffle and there was a gallon of milk there

When we checked in they didn’t tell us we would be parking in a different lot a half block away for the park and fly. Because of this we didn’t have our vehicle to go out to dinner.
Room smelled of smoke when we arrived. We sprayed febreeze and it helped so we didn’t say anything to staff.
Other than those two things it was a standard hotel stay.

Hot tup not working, trouble checking in, poor breakfast, orange juice not working, no fruit. Had trouble checking us in.

酒店回复: We already mentioned about our hot in our website. for the check-in our server issues at the time of your arrival after 1 hour it got resolved. Our juice machine got broken 2 days ago!

Not staying here again. The hot tub wasn’t working, the pool was cold, we were limited to the number of TINY pool towels we could have for use. The orange juice dispenser was broken, the laundry room facility was out of service, the facet in our room was dangerously wobbly. The light in the bathroom was so dim we thought a bulb was out and needed to be replaced- turned out that was all the output the light could do. Do I have ANYTHING positive to say? The one staff member we met was nice. She spent a lot of time in the guest lounge area.

Fair accommodations.
The room was fine but the towels are super small and need to be replaced. Also, there is no elevator and we had to drag our suitcases up a flight off stairs. Very minimal breakfast. I won't stay here again.

Pool was old. Pool water to cold to swim in. Hot tub water cold as pool. Womens bathroom by pool out of order.
Breakfast not good. Only hot food waffles, if you wanted them.
Overall, not worth the money you pay for it. I feel I got ripped of on the the price for what I got.
