I recently stayed at this property with my daughter and was disappointed by the quality of the pull-out couch provided. The mattress was encased in plastic, and despite placing sheets and a mattress pad over it, every movement produced loud crinkling noises reminiscent of packing materials. This made it extremely difficult for my daughter to sleep, and the noise repeatedly disturbed my own rest as well. While the staff were courteous and the room was well-maintained, the primary purpose of a hotel stay is to obtain a restful night’s sleep, which was not possible in this instance. As a result, we departed a day earlier than planned and will not be returning.

The front desk staff were very nice and professional. They explained many details
The property was new and clean. The breakfast was excellent...a wide selection. The kitchen staff was very accommodating. Very nice stay.

We had an Amazing Stay! The Staffing Team was friendly and professional. Check in and out was quick. The hotel and rooms were clean and fresh smell. Comfortable and clean bedding. Great Breakfast to start your day. I would recommend others.

Horrible Mattresses!
The amount of money spent on the two day stay was not worth the comfort of the room. The mattress was horrible and caused back pain for me and my husband. They need to provide a better quality mattress for this type of hotel chain!

Nice room, comfortable couch and bed only complaint is they don’t come in and service the room daily unless you ask. But any amenities you need they will happily get for you and have waiting at the front desk with 10/10. Stay there again.

I never stayed there. I never checked in at 1241 on the first and I never checked out at 1 something or other on the third I guess that's just to cover your rear ends. Actually, I thought that I had canceled the reservation on July the 27th through *******, but apparently not. As I found out today when I went into my banking.So thank you very much.And it would be nice if I could get a little of it back

Check in was smooth. Staff was very pleasant. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was a plus. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.
