Room was spacious and clean, the lady at front desk was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, basic hotel , simple complimentary breakfast. Fit my needs for one night, highly recommend.

Very limited parking and parking garage should be only for small cars and very basic for the price we paid, only one elevator so long waits for elevator

Check in was horrible, prepaid for room. Got to property was told I needed to pay again. Front desk clerk did not attempt to contact ******* for payment verification. I had to spend 45 minutes in my car with ******* assisting trying to call to verify payment. Finally ******* asked me to go back in and tell the clerk use the digital card. At that time she let me know oh she got it and saw the payment. No apologies for the inconvenience just a smirk on her face. The breakfast is nothing but bagels, cereal etc. across the street a Best Western you get a full hot breakfast I will go there and not spend my money at Microtel again.

Booked a queen size bed. They gave me a full size bed. Common areas of hotel smell like sewage

At the end of our stay while getting dressed , we saw a roach climbing up the wall. We videotaped it and called to the front desk the front desk took approx 15 minutes to come upstairs . The roach was still on the ceiling. The staff that responded acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. They stated they have pest control come out once a month. They told me the manager would call me, but I haven’t heard anything. I would NOT recommend this property.

The room was very exceptionally clean, my only drawback is there is no Iron in the room just a steamer. I prefer an Iron.

Only negative about this property is the location. At night it's very dark so car accidents are highly possible.
