The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. There was no remote in my room. The desk gave me the wrong remote so i went the entire 1st night with no TV. Once i did get a functioning remote, i haf to get maintenance because the TV box was not working. I had issued with tech while staying here. The staff were nice but the compensation was sub par as well in my opinion.

Overall, the cleanliness of the property was good, but we checked out the pool The water wasn’t real clear so we didn’t use it. staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean.

不值这个价。虽然抵达时房间内有一个翻新过的聚会区，也可以用来吃早餐，但总的来说没什么特别之处。房间的小厨房非常出色，值得一提。淋浴间很滑，沐浴露会喷到地板上。房间很尴尬，休息区只有一个屏幕，而且没有安装好，无法转向两张床——应该在床的正前方明显的地方再放一个。取而代之的是一些奇怪的空架子？不如摆些艺术品，不然一台电视就太便宜了。早餐绝对是最糟糕的。我们快到9点的时候才到，桌子上很脏，有些桌子上还覆盖着客人吃剩的饭菜。大部分食物几乎都吃完了，什么也没换。甚至连餐具都不够，我们不得不向服务员要，服务员只给我们塑料叉子。咖啡区很脏，柜台上到处都是洒落和滴落的东西。就连垃圾桶也堆满了，一片混乱。这将是我们的第一次，也是最后一次。我已经不再选择万豪酒店了，而且不会再这样做了。
