The room is very clean and very comfortable. We had to come in late for check in but the person in front waited for us to come and the staff was great.

Staff was great. Beds comfortable but could not get the tv to work in the room. I believe it was an issue with the remote. Wasn’t a bad thing it allowed me to read more!

The room was very small. I didn't turn on the bathroom exhaust fan because when it was on, it made the entire room smell very bad. I had to have my room card key reprogrammed twice because it wouldn't open the door to my room. After a long day out, it was an inconvenience to have to go back down to the front desk to have it reprogrammed.

It seemed like things were "sanitized" but not wiped down. There were hairs on the toilet, a yellow puddle on the shelf in the bathroom, stains all over the window seat, etc. My family had a hard time feeling safe and comfortable there.

When I woke up, I saw one of the pillows I wasn’t using had blood on it. When I confronted management, they tried to shift blame on me not noticing fast enough. Horrible stay.
