Everything was average, my only concern was that outside entrances were not locked after a certain time of night meaning anyone could enter the facility at any time.

The person that checked us in was very pleasent and got us our keys quickly. Room was clean and upkept. Breakfast, had good variety items, and available 7-11am. There was more than enough food available throughout the time available... no waiting on any items. Check out was quick and pleasent.

Ceiling had so much dust on it looked like carpet. The filter in the heater/ac was disgustingly dirty and the heat didn’t work.

I didn't like how thin the walls are, i could hear every conversation in every room around us and also there was so much noise in the hallway until late which is very disappointing because we had to be up at 4am every day we were there.

No USB outlets in room at all. Would be nice to have toilet light separate from fan switch for quieter nighttime bathroom trips.

Rude customer service and DOUBLE charged room
The man I dealt with was very rude when trying to figure out why a credit card charge would not go through for someone coming to town for business. I went there, in person, to make sure they had correct card information. Then when the guest arrived they told them that they would have to pay for their own room in order to stay there. Frustrated, I called asking why this happened and the man was VERY RUDE on the phone. Then assured me that they would only charge the one card. That was a lie, the 2nd card was also charged. This is not the first time our business has had difficulty when getting rooms paid for correctly. Just be very careful and triple check bank statements after staying there.

Loved the pool—warm, not cold. Hot tub wasn’t as hot as could be, but still pleasant. Room nice and clean and fresh-smelling.

Everything was amazing until about 5am and our microwave randomly started going off. We tried clearing it opening the door everything we could think of!! Nothing helped. But the room was very clean and everything else was amazing
