Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was all packaged, nothing fresh. No coffee cups at 6:30am. Carpet worn and stained throughout hallways and rooms. Room had worn/damaged furniture. Felt very much like a place that people live in for extended stays.

When MainStay Suites no longer had the exact room we reserved available, they went above and beyond to accommodate our party and we were more than satisfied!

Property was clean, as well as the room. Although, Housekeeping did not empty the trash can under the sink.

I reserved a king side bed and got a full with a sofa bed and kitchenette. The bed was really small for my husband who is 6'2. I was not please. Never need none of it.

I’ve stayed here twice for lacrosse tournaments. The staff is the nicest people. The rooms are great for the price. I’d recommend this place wholeheartedly if you’re looking for solid value for the money.

这家酒店相当破旧。马桶没有固定在地板上。我们住的是无烟房，但房间里有烟味。有人在停车场放烟花，直到深夜。
房子外观看起来不错，但一进房间就能看出它有些老旧。我房间的沙发上有白色污渍。浴缸里有头发，我不得不买消毒液清洗。马桶坐上去会移位。后面的出口门坏了。任何人都可以从外面打开，因为门卡不能用，但从里面出去必须推门闩。
这家酒店很普通。设施有些陈旧，房间也需要翻新一下，但对于我们短暂入住来说，还算不错。早餐不错，工作人员非常乐于助人，态度也很好。
