This place has amazing service and it is clean however we didn’t feel safe during our stay. In our rooms on the first floor we were unable to shut our windows and lock them which was definitely a red flag. Upon walking around the hotel for fresh air I was greeted with more than I wanted to be a privy to. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Kudos to good customer service and cleanliness though.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There was hair on the floor and on the back of the toilet bowl. The hand towels were not fresh. Tge smelled like they were new but hadn't been washed yet. Not a pleasant smell for sure. The doors to the rooms around us were slamming all morning. Really if it had not been for the guy that checked us in being such a friendly host. I definitely would have given a lower star rating. He deserves recognition. I wish I had gotten his name.

The beds were comfortable. Having a high ceiling in our room made it feel more spacious. Although we didn't use it, the setting for the outdoor pool was very pleasing.

On the surface, the hotel looked good. Got in the room and the walls and ceilings looked old and rundown. Lipstick on a pig look. The staff was great. My room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy inside the room. Breakfast was really fantastic though!

Staff was friendly, pool was nice, breakfast had options between eggs, sausage, waffles an more. The only downfall was we had a room with jet tub but wasn't told that they took out the motors so didn't work.

This room smelled like cat pee. I couldn't breath and my allergies got flared up. Around the bed frame was full of dust. Our lock on the door in room 119 didn't lock either. I notified the front desk. I've never stayed at a La Quinta so foul before. The breakfast was horrible.
This hotel gives La Quinta brand a bad reputation.
The one good thing was the night check in gentleman. He was kind and personable.

Family reunion
Great property, very nice employees that were accommodating to our needs. Comfortable rooms. Only issue was the front door being broken open for half of the day making the entire front area sweaty hot. Nice and cool in the rooms and the pool was refreshing.
