We chose this property based on the reviews and the rating, but what we experienced was so far from it. The property entrance gives off the vibe of excellence but the rooms are dirty, small and old. The sink was painted, but because it was wet when painted it bubbled. The right arm of the office chair was chewed up and had sharp edges. One of the pillow cases was stained, the microwave was burnt inside and there was trash behind the dresser.

The hotel allows dogs, we heard some barking but that's not the hotels fault. The bed was lumpy and hard. The room was big and spacious, but the sink area was very small, hard to get ready. Housekeeping and the front desk were very friendly.

Super nice front desk. Breakfast staff person was a little cranky and didn’t want to refill the coffee when there was still 15 minutes left of breakfast service.
Otherwise, I’ll come back when I need to be in the area.

Mattress was terrible. Worst night of sleep I’ve had in years. Could feel and hear the springs in the mattress when I moved. Visually, you could see there was something wrong, it didn’t lay flat. I am a small woman and slept alone on a king size bed but was miserable.
Rest of the stay was fine but won’t come back for the terrible night of sleep.

I will DEFINETELY stay there again.
The Asst Manager Haleh, was great she made sure the almost 3 weeks that I was there, that housekeeping came every 3 days to clean and restock the room. She was very nice, helpful, informative a all around exceptional person.
We had JR Suite and for the money that we were paying it was very spacious and accommodated all of us including my ESA.
The only thing I would say is that the breakfast needs to have more options, more variety.

槽点：
1. 枕头是我用过最差的，简直糟透了。又小，里面填充的都是些硬邦邦、摸起来像大理石一样的碎块；感觉就像睡在石头上一样。
2. 走廊里弥漫着一股浓烈的、令人作呕的杀虫剂（Raid灭蟑螂蚂蚁的那种）味道。
3. 墙壁（尤其是浴室）都很旧，有些地方都掉皮了。
干净整洁，地段好，员工很棒，服务周到，早餐也不错。
不喜欢住一楼，却还是安排在一楼，哎
