The host was very polite, friendly, knowledgable, and presented himself in a mannerly way.
Our room was not good. Had a moldlt, musty, dirty feel to it. The bathroom was mostly bad bc the tub area had black mold on the shower walls where the handicap bars attached to the tub wall. Disgusting!!
The coffee make is very small, the in room refrigerator needs replacing bc it didn't chill down enough. The pillows were nice but the mattresses were bad. All in all we will not stay here again.

Terrrible!!!! As I was preparing to leave I noticed a bunch of ants all around the tv in the hotel room 220, and when I opened my box’s there was ants all on my pizza. I went and checked my bag and their was a few ants crawling in my bag… When I tried to notify the front desk, he keep twisting the story and scenarios to make it seem like it was my fault. This place ha an ant problem, and they know it.

Okay stay
Staff was friendly and helpful, room was okay besides a few stains and marks throughout. Refrigerator wasnt working though so my food ended up spoiling.

The man with whom o checked in was a customer service expert. He was delightful not only to me, but the customers ahead of us. Great first impression

Very strong smell like mildew. Bathroom floor and toilet were not properly clean. Breakfast okay but was not also up to standard expected from reading other reviews. It was bad enough that we left after the first night and had to pay for another hotel with no refund!

Beds were worn down in the center. Could have used some cleaning.

Was last minute decision to stay. The night clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Burnt eggs and burnt sausage. Biscuits cold no gravy. Not a good breakfast choice

The room was very dirty, the bed was visibly dirty (hair in bed, stains on all bedding) not just first/fitted sheet, every layer! Clearly not cleaned. Bathroom tub was dirty. You really need to deep clean your room! Night desk brought sheets and they weren't any better.
