Room looked as if it had never been cleaned. Carpet dirty. Tile floor dirty and had toe nails and public hair on it. Not a towel or wash cloth at all. Tv looked like it hadnt been cleaned as it had splatter on it. No tv remote. No coffee, no cups. People kept knocking on our door all night.. The parking lot is the best part of the hotel!

The room was dirty. Carpet dirty and the room smelled like pure cigarettes. The building needs to be renovated. Not happy at all. We checked in and was disappointed the moment we walked in the room. We did not stay. The sheets even looked dirty.

The room was dirty, smelled bad and had electrical problems. There were stains on the carpet, bedding, chairs and towels. The bathroom light gave my child an electric shock when turning it on.

Do not stay here. I'm giving them a one because the staff was pleasant and helpful to the best of their ability however this place needs sanitizing. The rooms smell of smoke, the sheets and towels were dingy when they were supposed to be clean. The beds are old and uncomfortable. I believe this hotel is used for the homeless so they don't care about the cleanliness or upkeep of the rooms.

Lovely experience if you like your room to stink of cigarette smoke, no cleaning services, filthy common space, and a disagreeable manager! I had to endure him whining about his lack of staff when I asked him to clean my room when it wasn’t done the day before. I only stayed because most of the decent rooms in Dover were booked! Run away!

Dirty rooms, unsafe conditions, and unsanitary conditions. My tub and refrigerator were dirty. When asked for a refund I was given a room that was propped wide open at 8pm at night. The tub water in my next room was brown. I asked again for a refund the associate told me that management is the only person able to approve a refund. I had to call back to the property the following day management denied me asking for a refund even though they have no first hand knowledge and the associate confirmed I asked for a refund. Service is horrible. The manager is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t let a stray dog sleep here.

When checking in the staff gave us two unprogrammed keys which obviously didn't work. We booked a 'deluxe room' but were given a 'standard room'. Our second room's toilet overflowed when we first flushed it. We were placed in a third room that was missing the TV remote, the microwave, half the blankets, and had a broken AC/Heater unit. When we complained about this the staff told us there was 'nothing they could do'. There were about six smoke detectors chirping due to low batteries. Who knows how many had no batteries. There was an earwig and centipede in the tub. The toilets of our room and a neighbors room were trickling/leaking. Our blankets and beds were covered in stains and cigarette burns despite having a nonsmoking room. Under the beds were piles of filth - obviously the cleaning staff just push things under the beds and never clean under them. There were two discarded protein bars and a baseball under the beds. We requested a refund after spending the entire night in the freezing cold room with just two paper-thin blankets. We were told we'd have to talk to the manager who was coming in at 8 am the next day. We waited until 9 am the next day where we were told the manager doesn't come in on Sundays. We were told to write a physical letter to the management explaining the issues. We've now waited five days and have heard nothing from the Manager and have not received any refunds whatsoever.

The water was brown. The manager was rude and made me wait 15 minutes to check in while he was talking on the phone. Everything about this place is run down. Do not stay here. The doors have wide visible gaps to the outside

This place was dirty and the house keeping doesn’t speak English. Room looked like he hadn’t been cleaned in days and the bed had burn holes in it. I mean who really stays at the super 8 anyway??? Just don’t do it
