房间干净整洁。周边很多餐厅，吃饭方便。
1、酒店位置特别棒，周边各种酒吧、小商店，富人度假胜地，邻近海边，沙滩夜景极好；
2、早餐都是西式，冷，吃不惯，仅鸡蛋能凑合中国人胃口；
3、酒店卫生还行，但是经常发现打扫遗留的东西，打扫人员粗心大意；
4、酒店房间更适合家庭出行旅游度假；
5、酒店设施一般，中档吧，跟国内是没的比了。
我们在这里住了一周半。除了代客泊车的价格有点高之外，其他各方面体验都很好。不过德尔雷比奇有很多免费停车位（甚至可以过夜停车）。
退房后，我有点失望，因为前台服务员对我们入住酒店第一晚遇到的紧急情况只字未提。幸运的是，最终一切都平安无事，但一个半小时后，我和酒店之间没有任何沟通。酒店警报响起后，我和其他客人都被吓了一跳，之后就很难再入睡了。很遗憾，我因为太过紧张，在入住的第二个晚上也难以入眠。我知道这并非酒店所能控制，但作为一家凯悦酒店，这种漠视的态度实在令人失望。
办理入住时房间还没准备好。
他们说可以给我们换一张大床房。
我们想准备晚餐，就告诉他们如果有大床房就通知我们。
他们一直没打电话。
第二天早上我们准备离开的时候，清洁人员进来了。
他说他不知道房间里有人，但门上明明挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子。
退房时，他们说没有值班经理。
但他们对发生的意外表示歉意，还给了我们两瓶水。不用了，谢谢。
他们不想影响利润。
真是岂有此理！他们甚至都没问我们要电话号码，好让经理跟进。
以后再也不会住凯悦酒店了。
空调太冷
一切都很好，只是我的房间太冷了，即使关掉温控器，空调也一直开着。我到前台投诉了，但没人管。我只好从客房部拿了第三条毯子。不过，我要说的是，四楼客房部的女士服务很好。
清洁人员竟然没给我们添洗发水和沐浴露。等我都洗完澡了才发现，真是太让人恼火了。我跟前台说了，他们却毫不在意。
假设淋浴间里装有无障碍轮椅，那么在淋浴时很难控制水流。比如说，为了挡住水，用了太多毛巾。
