I've been staying here 2-3 times a year for over five years now (except 2020 of course), and sadly it's deteriorated quite a lot. It was initially a great place and value, but now the rooms are dated, carpets are filthy (black socks from the dirt), and what used to be a great breakfast is below average. Would love to see them step up the maintenance, do some deep cleaning and updating, and revamp breakfast.

It was clean and the staff was helpful. There were repairs that should have been done. Light fixture above whirlpool was hanging out of ceiling, shower door handle was broken and fixed poorly with electrical tape that did not hold, and the one panel of the door was missing the lower frame. Shower smelled gross when turning on the water for first time. Only one sheer curtain covering half the window. Was not better than other lower priced hotels in the immediate area.

The room was clean enough. There are some cracks in the walls but nothing concerning. I mainly keep coming back as Keith's customer service is top notch. I work 3rd shift so it hard to book a room for after my shift. Keith has been tremendous in booking me in rooms that i could rest in right away. That was until today. I tried checking in early as I always do but Arriya was working today. 10/15/2025 When i said I was hoping to check in early she just flat out told me No. She had no want in helping or trying to find a solution. It was just a No. So if you need a place to stop and you dont have a reservation or you need to amend the time of check in this is not the place for you. I've never known a hotel not to keep rooms clean for such an event but here we are. Now i have no choice but to sleep in the parking lot until i can check in. So I think this will be the last time i use this hotel.

The floor in the room was sticky as was the lobby floor by elevator and in elevator. The pool was being filled at 5 pm on a Friday night with now towels available. The shower drain was also clogged. For $173 per night, absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast was sub par and they were out of coffee at 7:30 am

Location just off the interstate somewhat close to dining options. Friendly staff, breakfast was basic but acceptable . Stayed here multiple times. Will stay again

Could not use pool or hot tub. No signage but maintenance said it was shut down for health reasons. Front desk indicated there have been issues but manager and owner not addressing them. Was not offered any refund or compensation for family not being able to use pool. Also had to ask for towels in the room. Only 2 for 4 people.
