We let the front desk know but our room did not have a smoke detector it look like it was taken out and then also in the shower after you took a shower it was leaking from the ceilings

Dirty rooms
There are better places to stay for the same price of this hotel. Don’t do it. We checked in, my first warning should have been how dirty the floors were at the lobby. We get to our room, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed and quite honestly needed to be shampooed. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left the next morning and went to the holiday inn in Eagan, which is GREAT, and was the same price. Another family member in our group had the same experience with his room. Floors were dirty, hair in the shower, closet was filthy.

Out of order I’ve machine. Dirty floors, walls, everything and anything you can imagine. Exercise room smelled horribly. Broken buttons in elevator, did NOT have a smart tv.. no Netflix or YouTube.. omg - just don’t stay here. I promise it’s worth spending more money elsewhere.

Toilet running every 15 minutes. Broken ice machine. Elevator out of order. No arms on desk chair in handicapped room. Broken lamp shade. Poor lighting.

Last place I would stay.
There was no hot water in our shower our ENTIRE weekend stay. Elevator was broken the whole weekend. Holes in the bedding. The remote for the tv was broken and missing its back. The breakfast was awful and unsanitary. Workers were rude when we needed something. Will not stay again and do not recommend for others.

Don’t even entertain the idea of staying here
First they had there shuttle bus parked in the Handicap parking area I had to ask to have it moved
Closet doors had holes in them
Hair in the sink and tub
Toilet paper roll and dispenser was left on the floor broken
Floor was wet
Sheets and pillows damp
The whole hotel smelled like pot and bad breath

We came and stayed not even an hour, horrible allergy flare up to **** smells couldn't allow my small children to stay there, especially after seeing the crowd that hangs around the hotel.

Good location. First room smelled like smoke. We were able to switch rooms the second day. Room was not made up either day. Keys had been deactivated after the second night so we had to get them reactivated. Hot tub jets weren't working after the first day.

No one came to add clean towels or make bed for the second night. Also there was a slight smoke smell in our no smoking room.
