Front desk was very helpful but from the get go it was a disaster. There was no indication of a deposit required. I prepaid online and it was a last minute trip so we didn’t budget in a deposit.
The first room she put us in was a little musky smelling—no big deal— but as soon as we turned in the lights BAM roaches went crawling everywhere — the wall, the floor, the ceiling EVERYWHERE!!!
Front desk immediately switched us to another room and it was MUCH BETTER!!!
She seemed genuinely sorry and embarrassed about the situation.

Checked in late just for a place to sleep for the night. It was fine for that, I wouldn't stay for more than a night. Mostly updated, carpet was stained but everything looked clean.

Needs to be torn down! We had a girl in the room next to us that was in and out with men it was fisgusting! Smoking like a chimney outside our room this place needs to be torn down

The room, location and the entire staff was awesome. From the front desk to the service staff. They were all nice, welcoming, punctual, and most of all caring. Really thankful and appreciative for allowing us to stay at the property..

房间还没准备好，而且提前三个月就预订了。他们给了我们钥匙卡，去了房间打扫，但到4:15还在打扫。我们预约了4:15到。最后我们预订了另一家汽车旅馆。入住时间是3点，我们3:15就到了。
办理入住花了 45 多分钟，他们不得不使用写字板来查看房间是否干净，房间的地毯真的像海绵一样湿，湿度超过 90%。
