Front desk could have been little better, "continental" breakfast options were scant,
waffle, cereal, muffin and tangerine and that was it.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating, however the cleanliness of the rooms resulted in my one star review as we had two room reservations and cockroaches were crawling around in both bedrooms (from behind headboard) and out of all the bathroom drains. The free breakfast was slim pickings, just a couple of cold items and a DIY waffle station as the only hot food option… so don’t count on it to feed hungry kids or teens. Definitely will not stay here again when visiting my son at his college.

We had cockroaches in our room our ac unit made the room humid the floors was dirty even when I asked to mop again cause I have an 8 month old the breakfast there was nothing good no options the staff was nice but the room was horrible

Coffee was good. Breakfast was minimal, very limited. Room was wonderful, comfortable, clean, slept well, good pillows. Service was very friendly. Ac was great.

Waffles was fine for me, but variety of food was limited. Staff friendly. Air conditioning a little loud, and TV channels limited; but the bed was very comfortable, and handicap access was appreciated. We weren't in the room much, and we were overall pleased with the accommodations.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was VERY friendly! This review has nothing to do with him. The front area smelled horrible. We get into the room and immediately I see an imprint of someone’s face on the window. So I knew this room would not be clean. The bathroom floor looked like they hadn’t clean it in months. There was a creepy boarded up whole above the toilet in the bathroom. My boyfriend saw a cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. We also found spiders on the walls in the halls. The continental breakfast was a joke. They ran out of coffee and didn’t have creamer. The bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. I pay way too much for this room.

Bathroom could use some update w tile and grout looking bad
Bed was comfortable but the frame it was on squeaked something awful getting in and out on one side
Room was very clean and the staff very nice
