Very noisy, you can hear every time somebody opens and closes the door which didn’t stop till almost midnight and began again around 5 AM. Air-conditioning unit would not stay on nor would the fan and every time it shut off and turn back on it woke us up.

Requested ground floor which was not communicated to front desk even tho we requested when we made reservation and when we did on line checkin. Kunjan Boss was very apologetic and helped us bring baggage to 2nd floor as we are both handicapped. He felt very bad about it but because the hotel was full could do nothing for us. TV did not work so he came to room and fixed for us. He was very pleasant and did his very best for us. He deserves a raise as we felt he went above and beyond to help us as best he could. Room was very clean and comfortable. And great location to activities. Please give Kunjan a raise…he is a very valuable employee for you at your hotel.

Everything about my stay was pleasant. It definitely isn't a 5 star resort, but if you're just looking good night sleep, it's perfect.

The gentleman at check-in was very helpful with our luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. We would have appreciated grab bars in the bathtub/shower. The room was not cleaned for our second day, even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, they were out of most of the food and even coffee. What food was available was ok. Best thing by far was waffle maker

Worthwhile stay while taking care of family
Overall we had a good stay, comfortable bed, clean pool/hot tub and rooms. Breakfast not bad but eggs were the typical powdered type. Service was overall good as well.

First impressions decent looking property I have zero previous experience with AmericInn it smelled great and appeared clean and orderly. The lady at the counter stared at her phone on the counter in front of her for minutes while I stood at the desk wondering if I should call her an ambulance. I politely asked if I could check in a bit early since we got in town a bit sooner than expected and her response made me feel like I asked if I could sleep in her bed and she could make me some breakfast. Our next encounter was with a male with no shoes on at the front desk and asked him for three towels for the bathroom since I don’t prefer housekeeping in my room during my stay if it’s a short one. I was told I could have one. Wow. Impressive hospitality. Best part was I paid a month prior for my room using One Key credits and my visa but was charged again by the hotel days after checking out. At full price weekend rate of course. Hands down worst experience ever

This property seems minimally staffed. There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. The hot tub had visible mold all along the edges. I didn't look at the pool. The room itself had an unpleasant odor. I'm guessing that they sprayed something to mask another smell?
