No hot water, cable TV was snowy on all channels. Bedding was thin and no comforters. Staff that greeted me was not professional and had a mouth full of snuff

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to arrive at the counter to check in.
First thing I noticed entering the room. Multiple flies in the room. I killed several and in the morning noticed more on the walls. The TV didn't work ( bad reception ) management blamed it on the satellite.

Staff were very helpful. Room seemed clean until we found a comb under the bed. Beds were very comfortable which I liked considering most motel beds aren’t. Overall I had a good stay.

First and foremost we were checked in to a dirty room and the front desk person knew that it was dirty and still checked us in! We went back to let him know and he said oh yeah the girls didn’t clean the rooms.
There were people outside until 3am with loud music outside of our room.
We nicely asked a housekeeper to vacuum our room and asked for fresh towels and said she would and never did….

I checked in with a friend of mine on a baseball trip. We had children with us. It was clean from the moment we checked in the man running the front desk, I guess the owner, was very off. The vibe from the moment I checked in was uncomfortable. But we tried to tough it out being that we only needed to sleep and wake up to head back to the field. We took the kids to the pool right after arriving. The guy was staring at us the whole time. Giving off the idea he really didn’t want us in the pool. It was to the point the children were asking why he was watching them like that. We walked back to the room and loaded everything up. The room was smelly and unclean. The entire vibe from this place was unsettling. I contacted the third party company who advertised this place and they couldn’t help get money back. When checking out the man was very rude. Asking me when checking out “who are you afraid of?”. We drove 45 mins away and paid again for a new room. It wasn’t worth the what ifs.
Please if you are traveling through this area for any reason DO NOT STAY HERE.

Half roll of toilet paper. Door knob on bathroom hanging half off. AC / Heater filter hadnt been clean in 6 or more months. Heater didnt blow heat. All the above should be a priority regardless the price. They were already knocking on my door before 11am for us to leave.
