We were just there one night, the room was fine - nice kitchen which we didn’t need but still nice with Nespresso coffee maker-best part!!!! What I did not realize is the bed was a Murphy bed and it was not very comfortable. It only has 2 small pillows so called and quickly received 2 more. All in all it was fine for one night, but I would make sure you don’t book the Murphy bed as your only bed!!!

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been in! The room was great and the staff are super nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Room was great. LOVED the health club/spa! Staff is above and beyond.
我们房间直到下午都没人打扫，催了好几次也没用。前台说保洁人员都忙着打扫新客入住的房间，我只能等，而且不知道要等多久。我刚退房，他们也从来没有主动提出立刻提供服务或者给我退款。
对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。
酒店很漂亮，设施齐全，水疗中心很棒，配有室外恒温泳池，冬天肯定更棒，员工服务周到，酒店设计简洁。温馨提示：带超大厨房的单间公寓配有140厘米折叠床，不如固定床舒适，预订前请注意。
