Nice clean place to overnight close to lots of commerce. Only concern/complaint is the bathtub was extremely slippery, and in my opinion dangerous. We had to put a hand towel in the bottom of the tub to shower so we didn't fall. I believe there should have also been some grab bars in the shower/tub.

The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful, but I will not stay here again. The room was dirty, the toilet was leaking, it smelled like urine, the ac didn’t work properly and there was hair all in the tub. The overall cleanliness of the room was not good and made for an uncomfortable stay. The lobby and donning area was also very warm and made it uncomfortable to eat.

Layout of suite was perfect for our family. Avg cleanliness. Linens were torn, worn and not white. Staff assistance was superior and friendly.

Room was dusty , but the staff was very sweet but we were woken up at 645 am by the fire alarm going off and then again around 10-11 of the fire alarm going off repeatedly. After the elevator was down.

My only complaint is there were paint chips (flakes) on the floor inside the doorway and bathroom. Seems like housekeeping should have noticed this when preparing the room. Other than that everything else was fine.

Convenient property. Close to shops and an urgent care. Needs a renovation. I was given some bad towels. There was not much water pressure from the sink faucet and the tub/shower did not fully operate as a shower.

Loved our stay. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. Perfect stay for four days with a 23 month old. Room was clean and spacious.
