The receptionist threatened to charge me for items I didn’t steal (in front of two other guests)—she wanted to charge me high rates for dirty towels that had been removed by housekeeping staff. I asked for extra washcloths, but I simply wasn’t allowed to have them. I didn’t enjoy my stay because I was focused on how much they were planning to shake me down. What a terrible vacation for the holiday.

And the coffee was Cold in the evening and nobody at réception.
