Clean room for the price. We’ve stayed here several times. It’s the best place to stay in Sweetwater.

This is a motel, very simple but my room was clean that I appreciate. Had to deal with very limited breakfast separately, but this is rather common for motels. Other than that very basic but fine for a night.

Place was clean and up dated. No real breakfast to speak of. Coffee and juice, honeybuns. Could have had muffins.

I am rating this with 5 stars, knowing full well it is not a 5 star hotel. BUT, it was well worth the low price. Clean and the staff was helpful. What more do you want for such a low price?

Perfect stop to rest
This was the perfect stop on our trip from Michigan to Florida. It was close to I75, clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a very good BBQ place down the road as well. We will be staying again.

Room has very hot when we entered it AC was off. Turn on left room to go to dinner gone about 4 hrs. Enter the room still warm. AC running. At 12 midnight stop running. A hot night not much rest. Will not be back!

The end was clean and the staff were nice. I thought it said they had a fitness room, but there was not one there that I found. the breakfast We did not use as there was a McDonald’s next-door. Overall, would stay again.
