My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we were really disappointed with the experience — especially considering how much we spent hoping for a relaxing getaway.
To start with the positives: the staff was polite and welcoming, the restaurant food was excellent, and the hotel itself was clean and nicely maintained. Unfortunately, the issues with our room completely overshadowed those good points.
The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and by morning we were both drenched in sweat. The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the jacuzzi tub — one of the main reasons we booked the room — was difficult to turn on and even harder to turn off once we finally got it working. On top of that, the incidental hold on our account was actually higher than the price of our stay, which felt excessive and frustrating.
It’s really disappointing that what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip ended up being so uncomfortable. With the high cost and number of issues we experienced, I can’t say this stay was worth it.

总体来说中规中矩，酒店满足了其品牌标准，没有明显的优势或短板，位置比邻高速出口，周边车程十分钟以内商业齐全。唯一要注意的是退房前建议查看账单，以防有未知费用被计入。
酒店住宿体验不错。早餐种类可以再丰富些。
一切都很好，我推荐这个地方，员工们都很棒。

到酒店很晚了，工作人员很热情
性价比很高，地理位置也很好。这家酒店超出了我的预期。房间宽敞、干净、舒适，非常适合我们一家三口（其中一个有青少年）。房间里有两张床，床垫和枕头都很舒服。还有一张舒适的沙发和一张书桌。工作人员热情高效，办理入住非常便捷。无障碍浴室很大，而且一尘不染。还有一个小厨房，配备了迷你冰箱、微波炉和一个独立的水槽，方便客人自己做饭。衣柜空间也很充足。我唯一不满的地方，也是非常重要的一点，就是酒店早上8:30就开始施工了。整层楼都在安装门锁，巨大的钻孔声和沉重的锤击声严重影响了我们一家人的睡眠。我实在想不明白，他们为什么要在下午退房时间之前就开始施工。
一如既往，员工彬彬有礼、办事高效。房间整洁干净。
