The property manager denied my request to cancel the booking and literally LIED to the investigation led by Trip.com that I failed to request the cancelation before the permitted time. I literally arrived at the property minutes before 12pm, and the check-in time was 3pm. My phone call log shows the time stamp for my call that I requested assistance from the TRIP.com support number before 1pm. I am appalled by this level of deceit perpetrated by this individual property manager at TRAVEL LODGE in Brea California claiming that I failed to request the cancelation before the alloted time. This is absurd, and they have no proof to support this claim as I have all of my proof from my call to customer service, and, I am on video entering the lobby of the Travel lodge office at the Brea location hours before the check-in time of 3pm. I am going to pursue a grievance against this property as a result of this treatment by this place, as well as the attempted subterfuge made by this individual or by Travel Lodge in response to this incident.

卫生一般吧,相当于国内快捷酒店的档次。我入住的时候前台没人,而且门是锁着的,我按门铃好半天才有工作人员出来给我开门办入住,而且这个前台我发现是长期没有人在,有啥事只能再门外按门铃,等多久能开门取决于工作的人在不在,我办入住和离开都是按门铃好久才有人过来给我办理,房间没没有微波炉,我去前台要,才给我搬来一台临时用,前台是个老头,感觉是印尼人,对我态度倒是挺好,就是找他太费劲,成天不在前台,只能按铃等他出现
太差劲了!!!网上出了点问题,我原本预订的布雷亚温德姆戴斯酒店不知怎么的变成了布雷亚旅游旅馆。我到达那里后,要求将我已付款的预订转到戴斯酒店。然而,前台那个人却发表了一些非常不专业和不恰当的评论,比如(这里可不允许胡搞)。这番话是无缘无故说的,而且极其不合适。我告诉那个人预订是个错误,我的同行希望把预订转到温德姆旗下的另一家酒店。我被告知不允许退款,但我必须联系第三方应用寻求取消预订的帮助。然后我打电话给客服寻求帮助,被告知旅游旅馆不予退款。然而,客服代表说他们会联系酒店经理并确认我的请求。我当时还在旅游旅馆,问前台他们是否能确认取消请求。他们说会把消息转达给经理。几个小时后,我收到一封邮件,说我的请求被拒绝了。
这简直是垃圾服务,太不专业了,而且极其不便,因为我们一行人最后一刻没能订到其他房间,被迫在车里过夜,直到其他酒店有空房。我们在这家旅游旅馆的经历太可怕了。更糟糕的是,我们甚至没有入住,他们却扣下了我们的钱。他们直接拒绝退款,这样我们就能把钱转到原定的酒店。7月19日那天,网上似乎有很多故障导致在线预订出了问题,看来我们就是受害者。令人悲哀和可怜的是,像布雷亚加州旅游旅馆前台那个人,竟然认为在任何文化、语言或地区,发表不恰当、不负责任的评论,以及在顾客礼貌地请求帮助解决预订问题时随意规避政策是合适的。此外,当我们离开酒店时,一辆警车开过来,在我们离开酒店后跟着我们走了好几个街区,我们完全没有得到任何帮助。这可能只是巧合。然而,这让人觉得非常反复无常,令人极度不安。

过渡酒店,很推荐,性价比太高了。
离机场开车5分钟,提前告知航班,11点多到准时接机,非常方便。酒店房间设施基本同国内如家,挺干净的,没有提供一次性牙刷,记得自备。早餐很不错,顶楼无边泳池也很赞,想想200/元一晚酒店,国内应该找不到如此配套的设施,适合第一天和最后一天过渡,闭眼入哈
