I was exhausted when I got there, so didn't complain.... But
There were two beds in the room. It was obvious someone had been laying on top of the first one. It was still made, but very disheveled. There were urine droplets on the floor on the bathroom.
Someone attempted to come in in the middle of the night. I heard the key lock unlock, but the bar was locked.... And it moved, so someone definitely had a key to the room.

Checked in at 7pm and there was a sign at the desk to call to check in, which seems a little early for that. Got to the room and the door was open and I really think one of the beds was used! It wasn’t tucked in and there was a hair in the sheets. The other was fine but the bathroom was pretty filthy.

Elevator wasn't working. Walked up 3 flights, you can hear traffic on 95 in the room, dark curtain didn't close over window to help block out light and sound. Bathroom shower curtain had mildew and shower water had 2 settings hot and burn yourself. First time i have ever complained about a hotel. Will never go back

Room wasn't clean. Front desk did not want to give us the needed towels. The cleaning staff was blaring their phone on loud on speaker.

And all my years of traveling, this was one of the worst hotels first, let me stop by the first room that they gave us was dirty. That air heating unit had mowed on it. There was a mouse trap underneath of the bed when I looked at the mouse trap and saw the bed mattress on the side of it. It had stains, which made me look at the mattress itself. I can’t believe they left that mattress in that room. It needed to be disposed of by hazmat. The elevators was broken so we had to take the stairway which the stairway has so many watches of bugs in it from spiders to bees to the fake ladybugs. I have pictures of this to prove it this place is so disgusting. It should have -5. The health inspectors need to go look at this place.

I was greeted by a friendly staff. My room had a comfortable bed with plenty of hot water.
