I arrive at 12 midnight. But the office lobby closed at 10 PM. so I call then and the call center agent answered. He’s very nice and he told me to wait and somebody wil get me on where I park. I checked in like around 1:30 am. Got into the room at 2:10. The night shift lady very nice.told me that the check out is 11 AM or could be late. I wasn’t really intended to check out late, but I got up late. THERE IS PHONE IN THE ROOM. At around 11:30 AM housekeeping knock on my room with a “KAREN VOICE” housekeeping you’re 30 minutes late upon check out. And I just say SORRY. I was gonna take shower, but I just packed up and checked out. I understand that the hotel is cheap, but attitude could be luxurious, and everybody knows how to use a phone while yell outside the room.

This is the second time this year I’ve been here bc The extended stay is safe and clean. I always feel welcomed by the front desk and comfortable in my room. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back.

If you enjoy not having hot water for your shower and transparent, yet impossibly scratchy, toilet paper, then by all means, read my 1 star review as a 5. Please be advised that the office doesn't open til 9am, so you should schedule your check out complaints around that annoyance. The place feels like a cat lovers oasis where the other "residents" stay up all night hoping to entertain the traveling guests with slamming doors and line dancing (perhaps?) On the positive side, if you want good motivation to get back on the road before 4 am, then you have found the perfect location!

这个地方还行吧……地毯上有污渍,走廊有点脏,没有制冰机,浴室里也少了毛巾架。房间非常基础。员工态度还行,虽然有点奇怪,但也可以接受。
再也不会去了,不干净,到处都是虫子,空调也坏了,房间也不整洁。
酒店干净、安静,私密性也很好,我很享受这次住宿。房间设施达到了应有的标准。
太糟糕了,凌晨三点半竟然有人试图闯入我的房间!
清洁工作很差,没有清理锅碗瓢盆
服务很棒,但是房间很脏。我甚至不得不弯腰捡起掉落的东西,床下还有前一位客人留下的尿布。此外,我还租了一个厨房,以便可以在工作日做饭,但他们没有说明这不包括 Lara 做饭和吃饭时使用的锅或细铲,必须单独购买。
前一天我去了该处,第二天早上也去了,以确保一切准备就绪。当我们到达并准备入住时,我们被告知下午 3 点。房间还没有准备好,我们不得不等了一个半小时才修好,而且入住时间只是一个估计值,他们没有义务这样做。
