We always book the south tower but the front desk assigned us the north tower which was a longer walk for seniors. When we asked to be placed in the South she just said no without any explanation.

Room was Amazing. Staff was so nice. 30 yards from the basketball stadium. Such a great experience. The elevators not scanning my hotel key for my stay was the only hiccup

Nice staff but this hotel needs some serious renovations and upgrades. Our shower/bath was never able to turn off so there was a constant stream of water flowing the whole stay. Not only was this extremely wasteful, but the sound was so annoying trying to sleep at night! The wall hangings in various parts of the lobby area and corridors were literally falling off the walls. We were on the sixth floor, and there were trays sitting outside of the staff elevator that had been there so long that mold was growing on the food left for someone to pick up. Went to the sports bar and the poor staff were so overwhelmed it was sad.

酒店干净整洁，地理位置优越，方便我们前往州立农场体育馆和梅赛德斯-奔驰中心参加活动。入住两晚期间，我们光顾了Top Draft酒吧。我们要求增加毛巾，几乎瞬间就送来了。礼宾人员随时都在，而且非常乐于助人。房间内的保险箱出了点问题，工作人员也很快就赶来解决了。我肯定会再次入住这家酒店。
太大了。图片里的酒吧关门了。停车费很贵。地理位置绝佳。景色也很棒。

This place just needs a serious gutting!
