The whole 3rd floor smelled like spices and not what u want to smell all the time and it made our room smell that way. It was not very clean. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way.

My stay at Mainstay Suites was more than I expected. The room was clean and I did not expect to have a full kitchen. We had double beds and a pull out couch that was more than enough room for me and my 4 kids.
Even the breakfast was awesome. I expected the usual bread, muffin, cereal, an waffles, but got much more than that. Even thought the juice machine was not working, Ramya explained that there had been a work order put in and they were waiting for it to be fixed.

For a quick overnight stay it was lovely. Clean, nice staff, typical hotel breakfast which is always acceptable for "free."

房间还可以，挺干净的
设施和房间都很干净，布置得井井有条。工作人员友好热情。房间唯一的问题是，我向工作人员反映过，穿墙式暖通空调的风扇马达噪音非常大。半夜非常吵。其次，我建议在浴缸里安装防滑锥，防止客人滑倒。除此之外，我还会再次入住。希望我提出的维护投诉能得到处理。
简直就是素描。跟照片一点都不像，而且还有蟑螂……德国小蠊，如果它们通过你的行李带回家（它们个头很小），就超级难消灭，还有大蟑螂！再也不住这里了！！！！
工作人员超级友好。房间非常宽敞，床垫和床单非常舒适。地理位置优越。我们非常喜欢这家酒店的一切。
入口区域非常干净，但房间看起来很旧。
