Reception area, stairs, hallway and rooms are dirty. I’m not sure the last time they’ve vacuumed let alone a normal clean.

Did not check in after seeing room first. Black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom with rotten molding. Broken floor tiles in the bathroom with wobbly toilet. Comforters had holes in them, and someone had hand stitched the holes. Mirror that was supposed to be hanging on the wall was just leaning against the wall on top of a dresser. Bench in the room had stains on it and room smelled of old food and mold

Ice machine didn’t work and they was missing the American flag …other than that room was clean and lady that cleans the rooms is the coolest
