Staff was very friendly, clean rooms, only downside is I ended up being sick during my trip and had to spend some time in the room to relax, but the tv didn’t work :(

The initial room was clean but had to move to another room due to the fact that the A/C unit was ver loud & disturbing

Staff was so rude!! The lady at the front desk yelled at me for trying to take a disposable bowl of grits to my room from the complimentary breakfast buffet when there was not even a seat to sit in at the dining area due to a college soccer team. The bathroom was not cleaned, the paint was chipped on the walls, and majority of leather peeled off chairs. I could deal with a little wear and tear but being berated like child for taking my food to my room was unacceptable!!!

The bed sounded like it was going to break in half. The shower head sprayed all over the place. (OVER THE CURTAIN) The door was hung so poorly that light showed thru all 4 sides. I overslept due to time difference. The staff was rude by knocking on my door 5 times in 45 minutes. The man was the worst! The clerk that checked me in was wonderful.

Staff was extremely rude. (except for the girl with braids when i first came in). Other than her the other two staff members i dealt with talked to me like i was stupid, and were less than helpful. It really put a bad taste in my mouth and made my trip a lot less enjoyable.
