Great location and beautiful, lively lobby. The only negative was the breakfast buffet at the adjoining restaurant. The food on the buffet was not great, and the buffet was the only option. We would have preferred a menu option as well.

Spacious, clean room, but heating/fan is really loud. The music in the lounge was cutting in and out. It would stop in the middle of a song then come back on. Other than that, very nice stay. We will come back. GREAT LOCATION!

We loved the view in our Panorama Room. It was very open, with different angles out toward the city.
Everything was clean and well-maintained.
I'm a techie, so I also appreciated the easy connection of my own HDMI and Bluetooth devices.

The room was very outdated. Pillows were horrible, super noisy hallway, dumbbells being dropped every 30 seconds. Ac was super loud. Bathroom was so outdated. The staff was friendly but overall definitely not a relaxing stay, felt like a motel. We heard every word from the neighbor room and when there is a baby crying not ideal to have paper thin walls. For that price I definitely except more. Great location but so were the other hotels we looked at but for half of the price. Very disappointing!

Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great dinner at Roost on Friday night in the bar with great service from Keith. The filet was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We also had great service at the bar on Saturday night from the other bartender whose name we’ve sadly forgotten but he was funny and had good stories.
It was great having our room refreshed after the first night stay. Room was clean and quiet which we greatly appreciated. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast buffet. For the price we didn’t feel like it was worth it because the food was disappointing (e.g., pastries were hard and eggs were runny).

Very noisy. Sink didn't drain.toilet didn't flush. Was charged for suite but was given a king bed, not a suite!
