The staff is always friendly! I love the girl at the front desk shes so sweet! Only issue was this past time our bed was stiffer then normal we both had back aches this morning but nothing major! Will continue to be our spot!

The room wasnt that great! Holes in the bathroom door the bed had crumbs in it! This is the third time I’ve stayed there and the first two times were great this time was not!

Too noisy outside and the room had cigarette smoke smell coming thru the room from next door.

Ok but not great
Parking was cramped and limited. The rooms were dated but the linen on the bed appeared clean. So we stayed the night. But my wife wasn’t real pleased. I wouldn’t stay again with the wife.

We only got to stay for a little over an hour because my husband had a heart attack while there and we left to go to the nearby emergency room and were then transferred immediately to another hospital. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel were very nice and the room was clean and nice.

Failed to service room one day. No made bed, no clean towel, etc. Otherwise, hotel was fine.

Clean rooms, microwave and fridge in the rooms. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again with all 4 kids.

Needed towels
We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. We get back to room Saturday night to no clean towels and no trash taken out. We went to office and got towels and went to bed. Sunday morni ng i realize our dirty towels are gone. So someone came in room and all they did was get dirty towels and did nothing else. Kind of crazy!
