Great hotel! We visited the Hyatt place for my son‘s taekwondo tournament. We were given two rooms next to each other with adjoining doors. This was very convenient for my large family group traveling together. I really enjoyed the hotel.

The property was nice a quiet. Staff was friendly and always present. The only real complaint I have is that the floor in my hotel room seemed to not have been mopped in long time. My white socks were very dirty. I dropped something under the bed and it also had not been swept. I appreciate having the modern room and flooring but it needs to be cleaned properly.

Towels had hair in/on them. Shower and toilet were dirty with hair too. The elevator's floor was dirty and sticky.

My mother's room had bugs and I received invalid charges. The walls are paper thin. They are over priced. The management is horrible.

The first and only communication we received from you was after a $150.00 noise complaint fee was assessed.Our night auditor followed protocol by first attempting to call your room, and when there was no response, proceeded to knock multiple times—again, with no answer.As clearly stated on the signage at the front desk and verbally communicated to all guests upon check-in, a first noise complaint results in an immediate $150.00 fee. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests.Had any issues—such as insects or other concerns—been reported during your stay, we would have addressed them promptly and appropriately on-site. Unfortunately, no such issues were brought to our attention until after the fee was applied.Moving forward, we strongly encourage all guests to report any problems to the front desk or management immediately so they can be resolved in real time.Thank you again for your review. We will use your feedback as a reminder to continue upholding our property standards and enforcing our policies consistently.

未经授权的收费。他们还在找各种理由来解释为什么会收我的钱。不推荐。
这是我经历过的最糟糕的体验。到了酒店，他们竟然把我的房间卖给了别人。他们把我带到街对面的拉昆塔酒店，然后告诉我因为我没入住，所以不会退款。第二天我又去了，他们当面说我没入住，真是气死我了。
床10/10，房间5/10，因为我们住的是318号后排的房间，路灯整晚都照得人睁不开眼。😕 房间里没有窗帘，只有一个遮光帘，但根本挡不住路灯，所以整个房间都被明亮的路灯照得睁不开眼。
