The lady that checked us in was very rude.. i told her I booked a room with a bathtub and she argued with me that i didnt until I showed her my itinerary.. and she was not happy that she had to change the room.. she also kept burping while checking us in .. said that damn pizza gave her indigestion….
The shower was broken, almost coming out of the wall, stayed on while running the bath water
The handrail was rusted looked unsafe to grab
The light around the mirror didn’t come on
The cabinet the microwave was in , the door was broken and the desk was very wobbly
Went to get ice from the ice machine and the only thing in there was a pipe from the wall…. No machine
Very disappointed with the hotel.. paid good money for what I thought was suppose to be a good place to stay… wont stay again

Staff was super friendly. Building could use some TLC but it was a pleasant experience.
Breakfast area was clean and tasted pretty good.

I have said it before---- the staff does an excellent job of working with what they have. The property itself is in need of repair. You cannot just apply new paint and call it sufficient. The elevator has been spotty on it's functioning for over 2 years. That is not ok for people with health limitations and the elderly, to not be forewarned --and then be required to take the stairs. Again, the staff is awesome--- but, the property itself needs attention.

The room smelled clean when we arrived. The lady at front desk was very helpful. I love that La Quinta is pet friend since we had our puppy with us.
We didn’t make time for breakfast.

Broken equipment (elevator) room dirty, hallways smelled of ****. Discriminated when room key stopped working. Had to be followed to said room for verification, even though there were several others that were having same issue. Was charged $100.00 more than what was stated.

The elevator didn’t work but they didn’t inform our group prior to arrival. One of our members saw the cleaning staff using the elevator. When they said oh the elevator is working the staff member said no as she took the elevator up. People can see. The stairwell smelled horrible. Our room smelled musty so I had to buy air fresheners other than that the room was clean. Had to go to the first floor for ice. Not up to par but no discount was given. Stay here as only a last resort.

Please note: the amount charged to me was more than the original quote. True, by just under $1 per night, but still. They couldn't get it right?
Also, they have a phone at the desk system for service, only one morning, only a machine would answer the phone, and of course there was no one at the desk, or I wouldn't have been trying the phone.
我们住了五天,他们只在我们离开的前一天做了所谓的清洁。我绝对不推荐这家住宿。
